We have the right to refuse service to anyone who we do not feel will properly care for our geckos.If you are new to gecko owning or want some more information on how to care for a gecko, please contact us and we can get you all the information you need!

All babies will be marked as unsexed unless I do or do not see visible pores at 10 grams. Sex is not guaranteed for geckos under 15 grams no matter how it is listed in the album. All my photos are taken to represent the gecko’s true colors so if you would like me to take more pictures please know I am just a message away. I will also weigh and pore check when requested. All the geckos are feeding on multiple flavors of Pangea Fruit Mix Complete and calcium dusted Dubias.
Payments
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a gecko or have parental permission to purchase from us.
- All payments must be done through Paypal. (You do not need to have a Pay-Pal account to use your credit card through Pay-Pal and all payments are secure through Pay-Pal.)

Holds, Deposits and Cancellations
All geckos can be placed on hold with a 25% non-refundable deposit as long as the gecko is $200+ and with the final payment due within 30 days. If you need more time please contact me first to discuss longer payment plan options! Once I have received the deposit I will place the gecko on “hold” and once final payment is received gecko will be marked as “sold”.
Shipping
- We ship our geckos in 1/2" or 3/4" styrofoam insulated boxes, with or without heat packs or cool packs, as needed to keep them safe.
- We reserve the right to postpone shipment until weather conditions are favorable to our geckos (we will not ship in temperature, including FedEx hubs). Due to shipping overload and increased chance of fatal delays, we do not ship on Valentine's week, Thanksgiving week or from December 12 to January 6.
- We do not require a signature for delivery, as the package will go back on the truck for later delivery, often the following day, which could prove lethal at unsuitable temperatures (let us know if you'd like us to make different arrangements).
- Geckos will not be guaranteed for live arrival unless someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. Packages left outside in the sun or cold will not be guaranteed. FedEx typically delivers by 10:30 a.m., but sometimes they're early & delays do occur as well, please plan accordingly.
